OCTOBER 2005: HALLOWEEN & SLEEPING CHILDREN

Sammy loves to sleep with people.  He gets so lonely and he likes to snuggle.

Every weekend the girls get to sleep together.  Often they sleep on the floor or in the hallway.  

That's where the cats like to sleep too.

Katy is all ready to go trick or treating.  Both girls went as Midnight Fairies.  They explained to me that a Midnight Fairy only comes out at midnight and lives in a flower.  When they come out, they gather food for their family.

The weather was perfect for trick or treating.  No wind and 70 degrees.  The girls didn't have to wear coats!  Colette (the black cat in my arms) helped me pass out candy to all the little goblins and ghouls.  She thought it was bazaar that all those people kept coming to our house.  We had nearly 200 kids and went through 12 bags of candy. In addition, we passed out all the candy the girls collected that they didn't want.
