February 4, 2006: A Day At Old Nevada

The entire family took a horse back ride. Katy earned this privilege by reading Harry Potter & Order of the Phoenix.  

Here we are in the middle of our ride.

The scenery was nice. Lots of wild burros.

The cast of Old Nevada demonstrated what blanks can do to Styrofoam cups and aluminum cans. 

The lesson: Never point a gun loaded with blanks at your head.
