Tucson trip, May 2006

In May, Katy and I took a trip to Grandpa Randy's house in Tucson...my sister Jennifer was in town visiting, and I had been planning a trip to pilfer dad's property for cactus, so the timing worked out great.

Here is Jennifer and her oldest daughter Katy hanging out at the information center in the Saguaro National Park. I had lived just a couple of miles south of here for a while, and drove within blocks of it every day commuting to my job at Old Tucson, but I had never stopped in...mostly a gift shop, but they had a 15 minute informational video on the desert.
