| Dad and Deb are big party throwers, and got some friends and guitars together to celebrate the family being together for the first time in years (Dad said he thought that He, Jennifer, and I hadn't been in the same room in about 22 years, but
it later occurred to me that we had taken pictures together at my undergrad graduation in 1999...still a while, though). It was a lot of fun playing with a group of people like that...outside of a few exceptions, nobody there is really
professional-grade at guitar or
singing, but that's great because it makes it easier for everyone to join in and not feel too dumb. Here is the first song with Randy and Kate (dad is the honorary page-turner).

Kate has been playing for 2-3 years under her father's instruction, and she sang a song that she wrote herself...it was very good, very folksy...she
had translated and sang about half of the lyrics in Latin.
